Buses will replace Blue and Green Line trains beginning Thursday, June 22 through Monday, July 3 during an 11 day partial shutdown of the METRO Blue and Green Line to allow for scheduled maintenance.
Beginning at 6:45 p.m. Thursday, June 22, buses will replace trains from U.S. Bank Stadium Station to Target Field Station in both directions.
Trains will resume by 5:00 a.m. on Monday, July 3.
Trains will enter and exit downtown at U.S. Bank Stadium Station during this timeframe.
Consider walking or biking to your final downtown location or take the replacement buses to or from U.S. Bank Stadium Station.
During the disruption, customers can board replacement buses near each of affected downtown stations.

*A brief extension of the closure will take place the first evening Saturday, July 1 at 11 p.m. At that point Blue Line trains will not operate between Franklin Avenue and Target Field stations and Green Line trains will not operate between West Bank and Target Field stations. Replacement bus service will be in effect.
Trains will resume to U.S. Bank Stadium station at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 2 and for the duration of the 11 day improvement closure.

Ride a Bike
Metro Transit is partnering with Nice Ride Minnesota to help you continue on your journey. From June 22 - July 3, 2017, the first half hour on a Nice Ride bike will only be $1 through the official Nice Ride Bike Share app, available on Android and iOS. Pricing will be reflected in-app, no promo code needed. Just download, login, ride, enjoy! Trips exceeding 30 minutes are charged $3 per additional half hour.

Rail replacement bus service
Rail replacement bus service will be available during the shutdown and will operate on 3rd St. and 4th St.* Buses will operate as often as trains but may take longer to travel through downtown.
Note: Due to rail maintenance, platform entrance on the west end will be closed. Please board the platform at the east end.
