NexTrip

NexTrip provides automated, real-time information 24 hours a day for trips departing in the next 20 minutes and scheduled times thereafter. You can also access it at metrotransit.org/nextrip.

Transit Information Center

Speak with a transit expert about routes, schedules and fares. Open 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and holidays. 

Customer Relations

Customer Relations staff are available to answer questions and take comments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Lost & Found

Talk to a Customer Relations specialist to report items left on a bus or train. The Lost & Found window at Metro Transit’s headquarters in Minneapolis is no longer open to the public. Customers are asked to contact the Lost & Found department by phone or by email to inquire if their item was found. Customer Relations staff will have the item mailed or arrange a pick-up time.

Text your general transit questions or trip planning requests to 612-444-1161, and a transit expert will get back to you within minutes with the answers. Available whenever the Transit Information Center is open: 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed on Sundays and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

If you see something suspicious or inappropriate on a bus or train or at a transit station or stop, Text for Safety to silently report it to Metro Transit. Please include route, bus or train number, location and the issue. If you witness a crime or have an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
