NexTrip provides real-time information for trips departing in the next 20 minutes and scheduled times thereafter. Find it through the menu to the right or by phone at 612-341-4287.

Transit Information Center
Speak to a transit expert about routes, schedules and fares. Open 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. 

Customer Relations
Customer Relations/Lost & Found is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is closed on weekends and holidays. 

Lost & Found
Items found on buses and trains will be turned in to Lost & Found (570 Sixth Avenue North, Minneapolis see map) by 8:30 a.m. the following business day.

Go-To Card Balance
Check your card's current balance or add value. You can also add value here.

Commuter & Employer Programs
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, get information about carpools, vanpools, the Guaranteed Ride Home program and employer programs.​

Text for Safety


If you feel unsafe or see something suspicious or inappropriate on a bus, on a train or at a transit shelter, Text for Safety to silently report it to Metro Transit. Of course, if you witness a crime or have an emergency and you're able to call, please call 9-1-1.
