Metro Transit will be conducting its bi-annual customer survey on light rail, Northstar and random bus trips from all routes starting on Nov. 7, 2018. The survey will help identify what elements of our service are most important to our customers and determine if we are meeting customers’ needs, as well as the specific areas in which we need to improve. We will also be asking how well we are communicating with our customers and for ideas of other ways to keep them informed.
By helping Metro Transit better define customer satisfaction as it relates to transit, this research will assist us in targeting our resources.
On buses and Northstar: Surveys will be placed on seats; customers can complete the survey at their leisure and can either leave the survey in red pouches aboard vehicles or mail it to Metro Transit.
On light rail: Since there is no interaction between rail operators and customers, staff from a third-party organization will distribute surveys at various rail stations on Nov. 7, 8 and 11.
Customers can also take the survey online at metrotransit.org/survey until Nov. 30.
