What is the METRO D Line?
The METRO D Line is an 18-mile line that connects neighborhoods and destinations in Brooklyn Center, Minneapolis, Richfield, and Bloomington. Bus rapid transit brings better amenities, faster service, and a more comfortable ride.
The D Line, an upgrade to Route 5, is part of a growing network of bus rapid transit (BRT) lines that deliver a faster trip and an improved transit experience. Buses operate frequently across most of the day, with faster service than most local buses and enhanced stations.
