Southbound: Nearside of Hennepin Avenue

Farside not technically feasible; nearside platform design to be coordinated with the planned Hennepin Avenue reconstruction project, led by the City of Minneapolis.

The City of Minneapolis is planning to reconstruct Hennepin Avenue in 2020. Preliminary platform concepts have been explored with the City of Minneapolis and will help inform a final design.

The City of Minneapolis is planning to reconstruct Hennepin Avenue from Washington to 12th Street in 2020. The design and construction of the 8th Street & Hennepin platform will be coordinated with this reconstruction project to the extent possible.
