How long have you been riding the bus or train?
I’ve been riding the bus and train since I started college four years ago.
How often do you ride?
Everyday. I ride the bus to and back from class, I ride the bus to go to the store, and I take the train at least once a month, though that used to be weekly.
Favorite route(s)?
I think my favorite is the 4, it goes to places I like in northeast Minneapolis and Uptown.
Why do you ride transit?
Great coverage of the city, quick to get around in, and I don’t have a car to get around, so it’s really helpful.
What do you wish “first-timers” knew?
Try to find a bus or train that can take you directly to where you are going and use NexTrip; Google and any other navigation software may give you some information, but getting accurate data and having a plan with the least connections helps keep you from arriving somewhere and being stuck until the next bus.
Favorite destination?
Cheapo Records, I love buying CDs and DVDs for my collections.
What do we (Metro Transit) get right?
The buses are clean, fast, and reliable.

Favorite onboard memory?
My favorite onboard memory is when I was traveling back with my girlfriend from a Twins game after we won!
Favorite movie about transit?
“Airplane!” is one of my favorite movies, definitely my favorite comedy
