Take Metro Transit to Holidazzle Village in downtown Minneapolis — Expired

Celebrate the season at Holidazzle Village featuring the Minneapolis Holiday Market!

Visit Nicollet Mall between 10th and 12th streets and enter a magical place that transforms downtown Minneapolis into a winter wonderland. Holidazzle Village will be home to holiday characters, a carousel ride, traditional refreshments, storytelling and a world-class experience of activities, music and more.

The Minneapolis Holiday Market will be located at Peavey Plaza. Beginning the day after Thanksgiving and running every day until Dec. 24, the market will transform this area of downtown into a quaint village, showcasing an authentic European holiday experience with shopping, entertainment, and delicious food and drinks.

Holidazzle Village opens Friday, Nov. 28, and takes place on weekends through Dec. 21. Hours will be 3-8 p.m.

Minneapolis Holiday Market hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 24). Cost is $3-$6.

Ride free to the Holidazzle Village on Saturdays

You can ride buses and METRO lines free on these Saturdays: Nov. 29, Dec. 6, Dec. 13 and Dec. 20. Bring your family to downtown Minneapolis!

Simply download and print a pass for each person in your group and ride free between 2 and 9 p.m. Show your pass to the bus driver or Transit Police Officer for your free ride.

The free-ride offer is not available on Northstar; however, you can save time when you buy a Northstar Roundtrip Family Pass or ticket online for those Saturdays. (Regular Saturday service will be available.) Buy your Family Pass or ticket here.

Getting there

Many bus routes serve downtown Minneapolis. If you’re riding the Blue or Green line, take the train to Nicollet Mall Station.
