Selection Process

  • HR Review – Your application will be reviewed, including your responses to the supplemental questions.

  • If your application passes, it will advance to the next step.

  • If your application does not pass, you will receive an email indicating you do not meet the minimum qualifications. (If you believe you meet the minimum qualifications, you should carefully review your responses to the supplemental questions. You may reapply by clicking on the apply button in the job announcement, logging into your account and going to the supplemental questions section of the application. Carefully re-answer the questions and resubmit.)

  • License Review – Upon passing the interview, you will be held at the License Review step. If you need to get your commercial learner's permit, you will have 60-days from the date of notice to submit the commercial learner's permit document to HR, to move on to the background verification process. If you already have your Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License with the three endorsements, General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Passenger, you will move on to the background verification process.

  • Conditional Offer – All offers are conditional to passing a drug screen and pre-employment/DOT physical.
