Reduced service on the day before Independence Day – Friday, July 3
Due to decreased demand the day before Independence Day, Metro Transit and regional transit providers will reduce service on Friday, July 3. Weekend fares will be charged (except where noted). See details below.
The Transit Information Center will be open 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 3. The Minneapolis Service Center will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The St. Paul Service Center will be open 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. & noon to 3:30 p.m. Customer Relations and Lost & Found will be open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Schedule for Independence Day service – Saturday, July 4
Metro Transit buses, METRO Lines, and the METRO Blue and Green lines will follow Sunday/Holiday schedules on Independence Day (Saturday, July 4).
The Transit Information Center, Metro Transit Service Centers, Customer Relations and Lost & Found are closed on Independence Day.
Metro micro will follow weekend service hours on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4.
Routes will follow SATURDAY schedules unless noted here. If your route is not currently operating or does not have a schedule for Saturday service and is not listed here, it will not operate on Friday, July 3.
