Description: The Paul Parkway Park & Ride is located at the southwest corner of Paul Parkway and Ulysses Street NE, near Highway 65 in Blaine. There are approximately 300 surface parking spaces. The Park & Ride opened in August 2014.
Features: Lighting, outdoor bicycle racks, passenger waiting shelter
Service: Route 865, with express service to downtown Minneapolis. There are eight trips to Minneapolis each weekday morning and nine trips from Minneapolis each weekday evening. Coach buses travel on highways 65, 10, 610 and 252 and are able to use bus-only shoulders on Highway 65 and portions of Interstate 94.
Service is funded by Anoka County Transit through a three-year federal Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant, and operated under contract by Metro Transit.
