Online store and real-time info will be down for maintenance Saturday evening

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, the online store and real-time information at metrotransit.org will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. 

We expect these features to be available after 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, May 21.

This service outage will have a number of effects for mobile app users as well. 

  • Any action requiring password entry will not work during this time.
  • Those actions include:
    • Making account changes
    • Signing in to the app (users currently signed in will be able to use the app)
    • Password protected purchases 
      *Customers who have opted out of password protected purchases will be able to make and use purchases
     
  • If you have password protection on purchases, please purchase your tickets in advance for the Metro Transit app if you plan to use them during the maintenance period.
