Customer Relations/Lost & Found staff are available by phone weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact us at 612-373-3333, option 3 for compliments, complaints, concerns related to our service, facilities, equipment, website, Metro Transit app, Lost & Found, or use these online forms.
Customers who have lost an item and are wondering if we have it should contact us via phone or email. Customer Relations/Lost & Found staff will contact customers if their item was recovered to make an appointment for pick-up or arrange to have the item mailed. The onsite Lost & Found window is no longer open to the public for walk-up inquiries.
