While the updated CDC guidance on masks has changed for vaccinated individuals in many cases, all are still required to wear masks on buses, trains and transit property per the ongoing federal mask mandate for transit:
- Masks are a must when riding buses and trains and when waiting indoors.
- Those failing to comply may be subject to police enforcement.
- Wearing a mask protects you, not just those around you. So does keeping your distance from others, washing your hands frequently, and staying home if you feel ill.
Metro Transit and its employees are working hard to keep your ride safe. Thanks for joining us in the fight against COVID-19. Learn more about what we’re doing at metrotransit.org/health.
