Buses will replace METRO Blue and Green Line trains July 12-15

Beginning the morning of Friday, July 12, buses will replace METRO Green Line trains between Target Field and Stadium Village stations. Then buses will replace METRO Blue Line Trains beginning at 7 p.m. between Target Field and U.S. Bank Stadium stations.

Train service at these stations will resume by 3 a.m. on Monday, July 15.

Work being conducted includes rail repair along the corridor, window cleaning and replacement, concrete and paver replacement, pressure washing, and bridge inspections.

NOTE: Replacement bus timing can vary and trips may take longer because of needed routing and traffic conditions.  Please plan extra time for your trip.

Both METRO Blue and Green Lines will be using buses (and schedule) labeled as "Green Line Replacement Bus" for all downtown stations. Look for buses at noted locations that say "Green Line Bus". Customers needing to get to West Bank through Stadium Village will not need to transfer buses with Blue Line customers able to catch a southbound train at U.S. Bank Stadium station beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday.

We appreciate your patience while we care for your system!
