Hours of operation: Weekdays 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Description: In August 2014, Metro Transit opened a new Park & Ride facility near the northwest corner of Highway 610 and Noble Parkway. The ramp and lot accommodates 1,000 cars with access from 95th Avenue. It replaces an existing surface lot across Noble Parkway.

Routes: Route 768, with express service to downtown Minneapolis

Features: Customer waiting areas with heat and lighting, outdoor covered bike racks, solar photovoltaic energy production, geothermal heating and cooling system and electric vehicle charging station. No public restrooms.

Safety and security: Multiple security cameras. (Crews will be installing cameras in late summer 2014; they will not be operational when the facility opens.)

Bicycle and pedestrian connection: A new pedestrian sidewalk connects Noble Parkway to the site and further to Noble Sports Park. Numerous area bikeways provide access to the facility.

Design and construction: $10 million
