Metro Transit is your transit system, and we put your feedback into action. We want to connect with you about how we are doing, what we could do better, and share the actions we’re taking based on what we’ve heard from customers so far.
Conversations with you have helped shape Metro Transit Forward, our agency’s strategic plan; Network Now, our framework to invest in service improvements through 2027; and the Safety and Security Action Plan, as well as many other important projects.
We want to keep the conversation going, sharing what the future of transit looks like and updating you on our progress.

We also want to ensure our community of customers and station neighbors have consistent and predictable ways to connect with us. We also want it to be easy to reach us, so we offer different ways to connect throughout the year, including:
Community meetings
Held in the spring and fall – both in-person and virtually – these meetings feature updates from Metro Transit leaders and time for discussion and questions.
