In 2018, local artist, Ashley Mary, was hired to paint the glass walls of a waiting area at Uptown Transit Station to beautify the location. The installation also created opportunities for people to take selfies and post them to Metro Transit’s social media pages with the hashtag #ColorPopBusStop. The art remained up for the summer and into the fall.
