On the edge of downtown Minneapolis, this station is within walking distance of the Minneapolis Farmers Market, Target Field, and the Hennepin Theater District. Minneapolis College and Metropolitan State University campuses are nearby.

Located just beneath Van White Memorial Boulevard bridge, this station is surrounded by 75 acres of undeveloped property, prime for urban redevelopment. The Cedar Lake Regional Trail, a popular route for walking and biking, passes right by the station site. It is connected to Penn Avenue South and Wayzata Boulevard by an elevated, enclosed pedestrian bridge.

This station is located between Cedar Lake and Lake of the Isles, offering easy access to the beauty of the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes and the Grand Rounds – the largest continuous system of public urban parkways in the country. It is connected to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

West Lake Street Station is in a bustling area of Minneapolis, near many shops and amenities as well as urban neighborhoods. The station area is within walking distance of Bde Maka Ska and the popular Midtown Greenway Trail and connected to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

Beltline Boulevard Station is located in a successful business area with thousands of jobs nearby. The area also includes many parks and recreational amenities, including Carpenter Park, Wolfe Park, and Bass Lake Preserve, along with a connection to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail. The shops and restaurants of the Excelsior & Grand area are nearby.

The Wooddale Avenue Station area offers a variety of residential options, including condominiums, apartments and single-family homes. Nearly 200,000 square feet of retail space are also located in the area. St. Louis Park High School, Park Spanish Immersion Elementary School, and Central Community Center are all nearby. It’s also connected to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

Louisiana Avenue Station is just north of Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, one of the region's largest medical centers. Thousands of people are employed in and around the hospital, and many more travel to and from the area each day. Light industrial and retail businesses are also located nearby. It’s connected to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

This station is north of the intersection of Blake Road and Excelsior Boulevard, an area with abundant rental housing and several large employers including Cargill corporate headquarters. The Blake School's Hopkins campus is just south of the station. It’s connected to the Cedar Lake Regional Trail.

Downtown Hopkins Station is located just south of Hopkins' Mainstreet, a historic downtown area with small town charm and metropolitan amenities. The station is connected to Mainstreet by 8th Avenue, which features pedestrian and bicycle improvements.

Near Shady Oak Lake and the border between Hopkins and Minnetonka, Shady Oak Station provides transit access to the Minnesota River Bluffs Trail as well as employers and residential areas.

The Opus business park is a major regional employment center, with 12,000+ jobs in a wide range of industries including health care, technology and real estate. The area features a network of trails for easy pedestrian and bicycle access.

City West Station is adjacent to the corporate campus of Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group. 6,500+ employees will work in this campus when it is complete. Other commercial and residential developments are also located nearby.

The Golden Triangle area is a major regional employment center. Bounded by Hwy. 169 on the east, Hwy. 212 on the west and I-494 on the south, the area has nearly 10 million square feet of industrial and office space. More than 20,000 people travel into and out of the greater Golden Triangle area daily.

The Town Center area of Eden Prairie includes Eden Prairie Center Shopping Center, located just east of the station area, and a small pocket of multi-family residential housing located to the south and east of the station along Singletree Lane. Lake Idlewild and Purgatory Creek Park are also within a short walk of the station.

The expanded SouthWest Station combines the Green Line with existing SouthWest Transit bus service and nearby shops and restaurants. The surrounding area includes the 200-acre Purgatory Creek conservation area with a seven-acre park and walking trails.
