A Go-To Card is a durable plastic fare card that works with just one touch and can be used over and over again. Cards for seniors, customers with disabilities and students are specially programmed so the reader will automatically deduct the correct fare in effect at that time.

Rechargeable convenience
You can store up to two 31-Day or 7-Day Passes and up to $400 in stored value on your card. When your card’s value gets low, simply add value here. You can also add value by phone at 612-373-3333, at Metro Transit stores, any rail station ticket machine or at a Go-To Card retailer. Find the nearest retailer here. If you don't know how much value is on your card, check your balance.
Automatic bonus!
For maximum flexibility, add stored value to your Go-To Card. You receive a 10 percent bonus with every purchase. For example, you'll pay $20 but $22 of ride value is added to your card.Â
Savings! Add a 31-Day Pass or 7-Day Pass
A 31-Day Pass price is based on 42 rides at a discounted rate, so every ride you take after 42 is, in effect, free. The $59 pass offers a 20 percent discount; other passes are priced with a 10 percent discount.
If you occasionally ride a route with a higher fare, make sure you have stored value to cover the difference. You can no longer use coins to upgrade to a higher fare. Get details.

Improved security
If your card is lost or stolen, you’re protected as long as your card is registered. Just report the loss and for a small fee, you’ll receive a new card with the value remaining on your original card when it was reported lost or stolen. Regional acceptance
The Go-To Card is accepted on all regional buses and trains, so no matter where you ride, your fare is covered. Not valid on Metro Mobility.
