How will SuperSaver 31-Day Passes be affected?
Effective Oct. 1, SuperSaver 31-Day Passes will no longer be sold at this website or at Metro Transit stores. Upgrade to a Go-To Card so you can add a 31-Day Pass again and again.
Can I use a new, higher value SuperSaver 31-Day Pass before Oct. 1?
Yes. The farebox will recognize it as a valid pass.
My 31-Day Pass expires shortly before Oct. 1. What should I do?
You have four options:
1. Buy another 31-Day Pass at the current price and use it as normal until Oct. 1.
-With a SuperSaver 31-Day Pass, you will need to pay a 25-cent upcharge with each ride.
-With a Go-To Card 31-Day Pass, you do not pay an upcharge. The 31-Day Pass will be valid for the old and new fares. Beginning Oct. 1, all Go-To Card 31-Day Passes will be sold at the new price level.
2. Buy the new, higher priced SuperSaver 31-Day Pass and begin using it immediately.
3. Use a SuperSaver Stored Value Card until Oct. 1.
4. Use cash until Oct. 1.
Can I get refunds on existing SuperSaver 31-Day Passes?
No cash refunds are available. To exchange a 31-Day Pass, go to a Metro Transit store and pay the difference between its remaining value and the cost of a new pass.
Will stored-value passes change?
SuperSaver Stored Value Cards will not change. They will still be sold in increments of $10, $20 and $40.
