Concrete repairs occurring on University Avenue
Construction crews are repairing concrete along University Avenue. Traffic lanes, bus stops and sidewalks may be temporarily closed as crews remove and replace concrete panels where cracks have developed.
Crews are working 10 to 12 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, to complete the work as soon as possible. Intersections affected by this work include, from west to east, Hampden, Vandalia, Prior, Fry, Snelling, Pascal, Griggs, Lexington, Grotto, Dale and Rice.
Work is underway at the Rice, Lexington and Vandalia intersections. The intersection of University and Vandalia is closed to through traffic. Plesae follow posted detours. The week of April 21, crews will begin work at Pascal, Griggs, Grotto and Dale. Please watch for lane closures.

No METRO Blue Line Rider Alerts in effect at this time
When construction or maintenance disrupts rail service on the METRO Blue Line, replacement Blue Line buses will transport customers between stations. Buses operate on similar schedules as trains but can take more time.
There are no Rider Alerts in effect at this time. If there is a scheduled disruption, information will be posted on this page. Updates are also available through the Rail Maintenance Hotline at 612-373-3333, option 6.
