Benefits

You’ll earn $29.70 per hour to start – even during training – with annual pay increases and outstanding benefits. If you work second or third shift, you’ll earn up to $31.78 per hour.

That’s on top of a $5,000 bonus if you have your CDL (with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction) or a $3,000 bonus for those without a CDL.

Training

Once hired as a Metro Transit driver, you'll have full access to a range of professional support tools, including apprenticeship programs, ongoing Learning and Organization Development training, and peer support groups. LEARN MORE about training.
