Take Transit to the X Games

The world’s best action sports extravaganza, X Games Minneapolis, returns to take over U.S. Bank Stadium and The Armory Aug. 1 – 4, 2019, for a weekend that will thrill fans of all ages.

Metro Transit and the X Games want to make it easy for you to get to-and-from the events all weekend long. With the METRO Blue and Green lines dropping you off directly at U.S. Bank Station to connecting bus routes all over town, taking an air-conditioned ride is a no brainer for those who want to save time and parking cash to enjoy thrilling competition.

You can download the free Metro Transit app on Google Play or iTunes and access all of the tools you need to get to the X Games with no searching your pocket or fumbling with ticket machines or fareboxes. Get an All-Day Pass on the app for $5 each day – it provides you with unlimited rides until 2 a.m. the next day. 

Once you’re at the X Games at U.S. Bank Stadium, go to the Guest Services booth in X Fest and show them proof of ridership to receive a free special-edition 2019 X Games Minneapolis poster. Only 1,000 are available each day of the X Games, so arrive early to get yours.
