Stakeholders' Workshop
Dozens of residents, elected officials and local business owners attended a half-day workshop on Oct. 21, 2003 to voice their opinions on how transit service should operate in the Northwest Metro.
Metropolitan Council Chair Peter Bell opened the event, held at the Brooklyn Center Community Center, with remarks about the project, followed by a presentation by Metro Transit Route & System Planning Manager Adam Harrington.
Participants formed small groups and planned trips to compare transit options to and from various locations.
