The Team Competition

Bring out your best with a group effort!

Step up your Commuter Challenge efforts
Recruit your neighbors, co-workers, family or friends for the Commuter Challenge team competition on June 16-29. Up to 10 participants can form a team and compete against others for prizes.

How does the team competition work?

During the two weeks of competition, team members will track when they take the bus or train, carpool, vanpool, bike or walk to work, school or for errands. Your team captain will report your team’s total number of trips and number of miles traveled. Results will be submitted to Metro Transit at the end of the competition. Prizes, including gift cards, will be awarded to the team with the most miles traveled and the team with the most trips completed using options other than driving alone.

If you are ready to pledge as a group and compete against others, have your team captain complete the team competition registration form by May 31. We'll send instructions and a tool to track your team's progress.
