Participate in the Commuter Challenge
Here’s how your company can be part of this fun, regionwide activity – you can participate at the level that best fits your organization:
- Host a Commuter Fair. It’s easy – you supply the table and we’ll provide everything else.
- Post Commuter Challenge information on your intranet site or in your company newsletter.
- Send an e-mail to employees to let them know about the Commuter Challenge and how easy it is to participate.
- Display Commuter Challenge posters and pledge forms in high-traffic areas.
- Hold a Bike Walk to Work Day event and provide treats for employees who biked to work.
- Highlight the Commuter Challenge during a lunch-hour program and discuss free commuting resources available to your employees.
- Start a company team. Teams of up to 10 participants can take the Commuter Challenge and compete against others for prizes.
- Create in-house events. Sponsor prize giveaways, promote the team competition or hold a special contest to award a department at your company with the highest percentage of participation in the Commuter Challenge.
